De Tovertunnel (magic tunnel) is a long passage connecting the Aelbrechtskolk and the Schans, two streets situated in the old borough of Delfshaven in West Rotterdam, bringing the 17th and the 21st century side by side. The tunnel’s walls are covered with murals made by local artist Willij Vanderlinden.
Rachel Sermanni Waltz
at: De Tovertunnel
On a beautiful Sunday afternoon last April, we took Rachel Sermanni and band out to historical Delfshaven in Rotterdam where they played a lovely version of 'Waltz' for us in "De Tovertunnel". The sun was out, the birds were singing and we had some ice cream afterwards; good times!
